It improves the skin barrier function, reduces inflammation, and relieves redness and roughness. But don't worry; you do not need to go all the way to the Dead Sea to get some of this wonderful salt as it is commercialized and available through stores.
When applying the Dead Sea salt, pat gently with a towel and do not overdo it.
Magnesium Baths - If you have eczema, soaking in the water just for a moment can make it worse. However, soaking in magnesium baths can provide the relief needed.
